Advanced Facilities and Expert Team
Our production workshop encompasses various departments, including mold design, die-casting, processing, CNC, and paint. With 12 professional die design engineers, experienced mold makers, skilled die-casting experts, and CNC programmers, our expert team ensures precision and quality. We employ over 200 production workers, with 8 holding bachelor's degrees and 10 with junior college qualifications.
Our advanced equipment includes CNC machines, lathes, drilling machines, and more in our mold department. The die-casting department boasts eight state-of-the-art machines, while the CNC department features 10 machining centers and 4 lathes. Our comprehensive post-processing department covers drilling, tapping, and buffing, among other processes.
Comprehensive Quality Control
Quality is the cornerstone of our work. We equip our Quality Control Department with state-of-the-art instruments, including a three-dimensional measuring instrument (CMM), salt spray testing machine, vacuum measuring tools, and more than 100 other gauge instruments.
