State-of-the-Art Facilities
Our manufacturing facility spans an impressive 30,000 square meters, featuring a state-of-the-art workshop covering 20,000 square meters. We adhere to Industrial 4.0 intelligent standards, boasting an 8,000 square meter, 100,000-level dust-free purification workshop. This commitment to excellence ensures the quality and precision of every product we create.
Advanced Printing Technology
Equipped with four sets of BOBST high-speed printing production lines, we achieve printing speeds of up to 400 meters per minute, offering a wide range of colors with up to 10 printing options. Our workshop houses over 30 high-speed film slitting and bag-making machines, enabling us to produce various pouches and bags, including flat bottom bags, stand-up bags, zipper bags, spout pouches, and more.
Large-Scale Production
With a daily production capacity of 3 million formed bags and 50 tons of films, we are equipped to meet the demands of our diverse clientele. Our quality control process, including eight sets of high-definition intelligent QC inspection equipment, ensures that our products consistently meet the highest standards.
