Quality and Safety Assurance
At Everich And Tomic, we prioritize the safety and satisfaction of our customers. Our products are crafted from materials such as stainless steel, PP, PE, Tritan, acrylic, PCTG, AS, TPE, silicone, glass, and wood. These materials are 100% food-safe grade and comply with rigorous European and American food safety standards. Additionally, our products have successfully passed third-party tests, including those conducted by the FDA and LFGB. We proudly meet TuV/GS requirements, ensuring the utmost safety and quality.
State-of-the-Art Manufacturing
In 2019, we expanded our manufacturing capabilities by enlarging our factory to an impressive 62,000 square meters. This expansion included the addition of four stainless steel hydroforming production lines, an automatic water transfer printing line, and an air transfer printing line. Our investment in automation has streamlined our production process, reducing both production time and labor costs. Our highly skilled workforce includes 300 employees in our Hangzhou office and 910 staff members in our Quzhou factory.
Quality Assurance
We are committed to maintaining the highest quality standards. To achieve this, we employ 30 quality control inspectors who meticulously assess every product. We take pride in delivering both off-the-shelf and OEM orders within a prompt timeframe, ranging from 7 to 35 days.
In-House Design and Innovation
Our in-house design team is dedicated to keeping our product catalog fresh and exciting. Currently, our experienced R&D team produces a catalog boasting more than 200 items, with the development of 60 new products annually.
