Our state-of-the-art factory covers a sprawling area of 6,000 square meters, equipped with over 30 automatic machines. These machines include computer-controlled Rotomold machines, foam machines, plastic injection machines, automatic lathes, ultrasonic welding machines, punch machines, and various ancillary equipment. Operated by highly skilled personnel, these cutting-edge machines ensure the precision and quality of our products. Furthermore, we take quality seriously, boasting two in-house designers capable of modifying designs based on customer ideas and five dedicated quality control staff members responsible for inspection and quality assurance at various stages, including Incoming Quality Control (IQC), In-Process Quality Control (IPQC), Final Quality Control (FQC), and Quality Engineering (QE).
