Advanced Manufacturing Techniques

We employ hot end steam coating, cold end spray coating, and advanced silicon-enriched treatment techniques to ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards. Our extensive production facilities, comprising 10 workshops and 30 assembly lines, enable us to produce up to 300 million pieces annually, equivalent to 150,000 tons. We also house 5 glass processing workshops equipped to handle decal, printing, sandblasting, engraving, gold drawing, and spray coloring processes.
Glass Variety and Innovation
Our products primarily feature borosilicate glass and soda-lime-silica glass, including clear glass, over clear glass, and crystal glass. Borosilicate glass, renowned for its superior temperature resistance, offers tolerance exceeding 20 degrees. At Vista Packaging, we are committed to ongoing innovation, including our recently introduced blues series glass products, which feature captivating hues like cobalt blue, sapphire blue, sky-blues, and ocean blue. We take pride in the fact that our jade-like glass products have been recognized with an Invention Patent by the National Patent Office.
