Xiamen Huipeng Import & Export Co., Ltd. has a rich history dating back to 1998, initially as a bag processing factory. We have a proud legacy of producing bags for renowned international brands such as Sports Direct, Auchan, Footlocker, Tesco, and more. Despite facing financial challenges in 2009, we bounced back in 2011 with the support of 80% of our former staff, renaming our company Quanzhou Huipeng Bags Co., Ltd. We specialize in creating a wide range of bags, including school bag collections, PU leather bags, laptop bags, travel bags, sports and leisure bags, and more.
State-of-the-Art Facilities and Expertise
Our company operates from a 15,000-square-meter workshop, equipped with 16 production lines and a dedicated team of 400 staff members. With 125 sewing machines in one workshop and 275 in our branch factory, we ensure efficient production. Our workforce includes four professional designers who regularly introduce 3-5 new bag designs each week. We pride ourselves on offering OEM and ODM services and meeting the highest standards of ISO 9001:2008 certification.
Quality Control and Assurance
Quality is our utmost priority. To maintain our high standards, we employ a team of 40 online QC/QA experts and five general QC professionals who oversee every stage of production. Our quality control department operates as an independent unit, continually improving our production techniques to prevent future defects. We meticulously inspect raw materials before mass production, including material cutting, sewing, assembly, and packing. Additionally, a final random inspection is conducted before shipping, ensuring our customers receive only top-quality products.
Prompt Delivery and Impressive Capacity
We are committed to prompt deliveries, with a typical lead time of 50 to 55 days. Our monthly production capacity reaches 300,000 pieces, and our total annual sales range from US$12,000,000 to US$15,000,000.
