Precision Mold Manufacturing
Yejia Optical Technology invests in advanced mold manufacturing equipment, featuring Okamoto Surface Grinder, Sodick Wire EDM, Makino F3 High Speed CNC, TOSHIBA UVM High Precision Machining Center, and TOSHIBA ULC High Precision Surface Grinder. This commitment ensures the production of flash-free liquid silicone products with mold precision down to 0.001mm.
Versatile Silicone Workshops
Our four specialized silicone molding workshops cater to a range of products. Workshop I focuses on silicone valves and consumer electronic waterproof products, equipped with 15 LSR injection molding machines and 6 compression molding machines. Workshop II handles smart wearable silicone products with 15 LSR injection molding machines and 2 lines of UV-activated surface treatment equipment. Workshop III is dedicated to optical silicon lenses and medical silicone parts, boasting 9 ARBURG horizontal LSR injection molding machines. Workshop IV is the hub for silicone valves, incorporating 3 lines of automatic punching equipment, with a daily capacity of 200,000 pieces per line.
